Description

Gîte de France 3 épis n°G1644 et meublé de tourisme 4 étoiles

Gite mitoyen de 200 m² avec une capacité de 13personnes , entièrement rénové dans une ancienne ferme à la campagne.

Au RDC une grande salle à manger , un salon spacieux avec un canapé grande dimension et deux fauteuils supplémentaires et poêle à pellets en chauffage d'appoint.

Une cuisine bien équipée avec four pirolyse, plaques induction lave vaisselle et deux frigo-congélateur.Une véranda jacuzzi du 1er avril au 31 octobre.

Deux salles de bains avec douches à jets, sèche serviettes électriques, une laverie avec machine à laver et sèche linge , un WC.

A l'étage 5 chambres dont une attenante, 3 chambres avec des lits en 160x200, une quatrième chambre avec deux lits en 90x200 pouvant être séparés et dans la dernière des lits superposés en 90 de large et 1 lit séparé en 90x190.

Une mezzanine avec lit en 160 de large et un WC.

Dehors, une cour avec salon de jardin, BBQ et un jardin avec espace détente

Une salle de jeux avec table de ping pong , baby foot enfant et jeux divers dans une dépendance.
