The 1st floor of a refurbished farm country in 2017, in a hamlet located on the axis Annecy - Albertville, the apartment is ideally located between lake and mountains, close to beaches, ski resorts and the greenway . Large living room-kitchen, 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with 160 bed and bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 140 bed and bathroom with shower and last with 1 bed 140), mezzanine (with 2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180 to specify when booking), kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath, 2 separate WC, private parking, garden with barbecue, chairs, table, umbrella, deck chairs and loungers. To ensure a comfortable stay, this property is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, raclette and fondue, but also hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen television, internet .... Many arrangements are available in the rooms. Beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided!

How do damage deposits work?
