La villetta Maresole è per caratteristiche ed ubicazione quanto di meglio si possa desiderare per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza a diretto contatto col mare, avvolti in una strana atmosfera dal sapore antico: profumi e silenzi intercalati dal sussurro della risacca.
Dal cancello principale, in meno di dieci passi, ci si affaccia sulla spiaggetta di Marasolo, sabbia e scogli che fanno da cornice all’ampia cala omonima, e con qualche passo in più si entra direttamente nell’atmosfera retrò del porticciolo di Punta Longa: un antico piccolissimo borgo marinaro con le sue piccole barche da pesca che vi fanno ritorno il mattino presto e dove è possibile acquistare pesce appena pescato, fermarsi a fare quattro chiacchiere con il pescatore che sta riparando le reti o innescando ami.
L’abitazione è organizzata per 5 persone: una camera con 2 letti singoli che, all’occorrenza, possono diventare letto matrimoniale, una seconda camera con letto matrimoniale e un terzo letto; due bagni con doccia, soggiorno, cucina ben attrezzata. Le camere da letto sono dotate di climatizzatore. A disposizione, inoltre, impianto di riscaldamento autonomo, televisore al plasma satellitare, phon, cassaforte. Infine, giardino privato e ben attrezzato con sdraio, tavolo e sedie, barbecue.
