Description
A beautifully restored country house resting on a hilltop secluded by 25 hectares property of land with vineyards and olive plantations, overlooking the historic city of Fermo in the Marche region by the Adriatic coast. The owners live in the villa and rent a part of it consisting of a 230 square meters (2,500 sq ft) duplex apartment with private entrance.
An outdoor staircase leads to the apartment entrance located at the first floor of the villa. A porch and foyer takes to the guest dining area with fully equipped kitchen. An indoor staircase leads to the apartment's air-conditioned top floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest lounge and 2 balconies with panoramic views.
The apartment comfortably hosts up to 8 guests with full self-catering facilities.
Guest services include daily maid housekeeping and pool side attendance. Brunch, lunch and dinner can be arranged upon request at additional cost.
The 2 acres landscape garden, infinity swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, gazebo, patio are available to guests. The property has an equestrian center featuring two sand arenas and offers guided trail riding.
Historic towns and villages can be reached within 10 to 45 minutes’ drive from the property. The region has impressive art, architecture and history ranging from the 11th century and sophisticated cultural traditions.
Fine arts and antique fairs, historical parades, culinary events are frequent June through August .
Local cuisine, wines and olive oil are among the most valued in Italy. A great choice of restaurants, pubs and live music venues is available within 5 to 15 minutes’ drive.
Fashion designers factory outlets such as Prada, Tod's, Paciotti, Nero Giardini, Lory Blu and many other are within 30 minutes’ drive. Sandy beaches, yacht marina, clay tennis courts and a 9 holes golf course are 15 minutes away. An 18 holes golf course is 45 minutes away.
Distance from the property to Fiumicino Rome airport is 290 Km; to Falconara Ancona airport is 80km; to A14 highway Fermo/Porto San Giorgio exit is 11km; to high-speed railway station is 14km. Coach bus service to Rome is available from Porto San Giorgio.
