Description

Our spacious apartment consists of a lounge with kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms and 2 verandas both back and front. The apartment is fully equipped for self catering with fully fitted kitchen, with a washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, safety deposit box, air conditioning, mosquito nets on all windows, doors etc. Also for your comfort a six seater table and chairs for indoor dining. We have also iron grilles fitted for your added safety to windows and doors

All rooms are tastefully decorated and benefit from excellent air conditioning. The lounge area has comfortable seating with two large sofas, which will convert into two sofa beds for larger parties. There is also a TV and DVD if that hot Turkish sun becomes too much for you. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from our rear terrace or pool view from our front terrace; furnished with table, chairs and 4 sun loungers.

The apartment is approximately a 15 minute walk to Calis beach promenade where there is a long beach and numerous bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also around a 15 minute walk to the Calis Sunday market. The apartment is situated close to Baris Manco Boulevard which runs directly into Calis Beach, this is an upcoming area with more bars and restaurants opening up around the area.

There are 4 bicycles at the apartment available for use of the guests.

There is a large swimming pool with a separate small baby paddling pool right at the front of the apartment.

The complex only has 12 apartments on it and benefits from being on a very large plot so it has a generous garden area both at the front and rear of the apartment.

Getting around

There are 4 Bicycles at the apartment for the use of the guests, as Calis is very flat this is an enjoyable way of getting around. Dolmus buses run frequently from just outside the apartment which are very cheap and go everywhere. There is a water taxi service from Calis Beach to Fethiye which is very cheap, takes 30 mins and has beautiful views.

Interaction with guest

An English speaking person holds the keys to the apartment and will greet guests on arrival and attend to any problems they may have during their stay. Wifi is available on request for an additional charge.

“great apartment and location”

This is the third or is it fourth time! - - we have stayed at Jo's apartment. It's a great location with a pleasant walk to the beach or the dolmus just outside if you fancy it. Amenities and facilities are excellent, pool area clean and never too busy, iwe've visited with friends, as a couple and with grandchildren, every time it's been good. The apartment has everything you could wish for - 'home from home'. Look forward to next year!!

“What a amazing apartment and friendly place to stay : )”

The new moon apartment is a excellent place to stay and is fully equip. The residents are very friendly and we made us feel welcome. Tara who owns the apartment was very detailed with description and kept in contact throughout the booking. I will be using the apartment again in the future.

“Great family apartment”

We have just returned for a 16 night break at New Moon apartment and we had a great holiday. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool on the complex was cleaned daily and Rambo was both friendly and helpful as were all the other owners and holidaymakers, A big thank you to Tara for all her help with making the booking and the transfers which all went smoothly. If Joanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
