Ayant une belle vue sur la mer (située á 1 km), la villa est localisée dans les contreforts de la montagne (Serra da Boa Viagem) , oú vous pourrez profitez de la tranquillité et de la beauté du local. Une belle piscine vous attends pour vous relaxer au soleil avec vue sur l´océan.
Cette maison a 4 chambres et elle est prête á abriter 10 personnes aimant la nature, les murs de pierre, pins ainsi que d´autres végétations. C´est une maison d´artistes peintre, dont la décoration est très personnalisée.
Les chemins de terre vous invitent á faire des balades en forêt.
Pour les amants du golf, le grand jardin permet l´entraînement du pitch jusqu´á 80 mètres. Il y a du matériel approprié, (balles et fers).
.Á 4 km de Figueira da Foz, oú vous pouvez trouver le Casino, Centre d´Arts et Spectacles (CAE Figueira da Foz), centre commercial, ainsi qu´une grande variété de restaurants.
Á 50 km se situe Coimbra, ville historiquement universitaire. considérée Patrimoine Mondial de l´Humanité.

“Lovely house for get-away with friends”
Lovely big house with very helpful hosts. The pool is great and was always a decision whether to leave since there was so much fun to be had on the property! Make friends with the local taxis and they offer good cheap rates to and from the city 24/7. I would highly recommend.
