Description of Property:

Homely house in a quiet Residential area. Adult groups under 35 need a prior authorization to be accepted.

Carrió is a beautiful villa, with its own private swimming pool of saline chlorination of 10x5m, set in an outstanding area surrounded by nature. The property is formed of a main building and an annex of three big suites.

The main building consists of a suite complete with a bathroom with a shower, a living room with three sofas plus two armchairs and a fireplace, a lounge with two sofas and a fireplace, a dining room with seating for 14, a guests’ bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. All with an exterior aspect affording lots of light and sun, plus views and access to the terraces and garden.

The annex contains three big suites, each suitable for up to 4 people. The suites all include a double bed and bunk beds. All suites have bathrooms with baths. All the bedrooms have an exterior aspect with views of the garden.

The house has two terraces with dining tables, a porch with table and a garden with a grass lawn, plants and native trees. From one part of the garden there are inspiring views of the sea and the Medes islands. The swimming pool area is fenced off as a precaution for young children.

In the garden, as well as a terrace ideal for sunbathing, there is a children’s area complete with a swing and a sandpit.

The surface area of the house is 350 m², suitable for up to 14 people. It has a private garden of 1000 m² in a parcel of land of 4000 m². There is a private parking area for 4 cars.

Carrió and its terraces and gardens come equipped with everything necessary to make your holiday a truly memorable one. If you have small children you can find all sorts of games and toys to keep them amused.

Carrió is located in the northern part of Foixà, in the neighbourhood of Cuells, in a residential zone surrounded by fields and pine and oak woodland which give a magical air of tranquillity.

4Km away is the Gala/Dali foundation in Púbol Castle, vertex of the Dali triangle with Figueres and Port- Lligat. 35km away is the town of Figueres and the Museo Dalí.

20 Km from Foixà are the beaches of Empúries, Escala, Estartit and Pals, and the Costa Brava stretching out before you. Estartit offers an important base for Scuba diving in the protected surroundings of the Medes Islands. Also 20km away is the historic city of Girona.

Around the village there are different cycle routes and footpaths which allow you to explore the local area.
