Description

The apartment is located within a tourist complex very nice and secure at 50km south of Alicante (30km from the airport). You can enjoy the large swimming pool of the residence. The apartment is on the ground floor it has a balcony overlooking the living room, a courtyard and a solarium on the roof (for sunbathing discreetly).

It consists of 2 bedrooms with large wall cupboards, a bathroom with a tub (standard size), a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. The apartment is air conditioned. And each room benefits from ceiling fan.

The small town of Formentera del Segura (where the rent) is 10km from the beaches of Guardamar del Segura. It is a quiet town with its rural side (the orange groves border the home on two sides in April orange blossoms perfume the whole neighborhood) but with everything needed for a meal: the traditional Spanish food alongside English pubs. A supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Within 15 km there are salty lakes color dew Torrevieja (las Salinas de Torrevieja) around which there is a bike path.

The area is located between sea and mountains on one side we have the sandy beaches and on the other the mountains near Orilhuela (about 30km) where you can make beautiful hikes.
