Description
This spectacular property is situated in Fornalutx, in the middle of the mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
The most distinguishing detail of this house is the covered, 10 x 5 m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.6 m to 1.8 m. The pool is situated on the lower floor. The lush-green garden is a lovely corner to relax on the sun loungers or to have a tasty barbecue with your family, while contemplating the mountains.
This house offers accommodation on three floors and 500 m2. There are three double bedrooms on the middle floor; all of them with en-suite bathroom. Two of them have access to the porch with magnificent views. The fourth bedroom on the upper floor has two single beds and one en-suite bathroom. We can prepare one cot for the youngest guests. Apart of the four en-suite bathrooms, there is a separate toilet.
The comfortable sitting-dining room is situated on the upper floor. It is the right place to have a nice dinner, watch satellite-TV and share laughs with your friends. A staircase leads you to the second living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a vitro hob. Furthermore, you will have access to a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This property welcomes you in the summer as well as in the winter, as it has central heating and A/C.
This property is situated in one of the most beautiful settings of Mallorca within the Tramuntana mountains. Fornalutx has less than 400 habitants and is ideal for those searching tranquillity and nature. In the town centre there is a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank. More shopping facilities are in Sóller (15 minutes by car).
The surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling. A nice idea is a visit of the tiny villages in the Tramuntana, for example Sóller, Valldemossa, Sa Calobra, Deià or Banyalbufar. There are lots of small gravel bays where you can enjoy a day on the beach in the middle of the mountains. If you prefer sandy beaches, you can go to Puerto de Sóller. A 40 minutes' drive takes you to the capital Palma de Mallorca, but you can also go there from Sóller with the old train and enjoy the wonderful landscape.
The fireplace can not be used.
There's an additional charge for the heating of the indoor pool, with a minimum of 7 nights to be paid (optional).
