The Tropical Oasis is located in the heart of Victoria Park is a 2nd floor apartment. (Not wheelchair accessible) We are located in a small 4 unit apartment building in the heart of Victoria Park. This Quiet & Clean 2 bed/1 bath apartment easily sleeps 4 and can accommodate 5, fully furnished as a home away from home, has a Miami South beach Vibe. Victoria Park is a very safe, upscale neighborhood with sidewalk lined streets. Although a car is recommended you can still walk to Las Olas Blvd and Holiday Park, and some guests have walked to the beach.

The Tropical Oasis property is located 1 km (.6 miles) to the Las Olas Boulevard shopping district and 3.4 km to Fort Lauderdale Beach. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades (cruise ship port) is a 10 minute drive.

Many guests use UBER to get around. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors are a short distance away. There are many great shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities are near by.

Amenities include: access to a shared patio, shared garden, and FREE WiFi. A full kitchen, separate dining and living room seating area, 2 ea SMART HD / LCD TV's with over 60 local channels and FREE Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies and Pandora. An on site coin-operated washing machine and a tumble dryer. Guests can grill meals at the outdoor barbecue facilities. Beach chairs are also available.

FREE parking is provided to all guests throughout their visit.

An on-site property manager is available for guests during your visit, offering advice and directions

All Top blankets are washed between guests. Your apartment comes fully equipped with linens / towels, pots / pans, utensils, plates, glass paper towels, toilet paper, bath / toilet soap, shampoo, dish / cleaning detergents, laundry detergents, paper plates, napkins, plastic wrap and aluminum foil.

Plus a filtered drip coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer.

A King size memory foam top bed in the master bedroom and 2 ea twin beds in the guest bedroom. Plus the living room sofa has a pull out Memory Foam Full size sleeper. Also available: Graco Baby Pack-n-Play with mattress.

Your balcony has a 2 person bistro set to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon breeze.
