In the front living room, a queen sleeper sofa awaits, providing additional sleeping arrangements. As you move towards the back, the family room offers a large flat screen TV, perfect for cozy movie nights.

The beauty of the open design becomes apparent when you reach the heart of the home—the kitchen. Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats 6-8 people, and enjoy a delicious meal. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar for 4, ensuring everyone can be part of the conversation. From this central area, you can take in the breathtaking views of the pool, adding to the ambiance.

Convenience is key, and that's why we've placed a powder room on the lower level, along with a washer and dryer located near the garage. Speaking of the garage, it offers even more entertainment options with a Foosball table and a Smart TV for those occasional rainy afternoons.
