As part of the condominium in The Blue House, Guesthouse. You will enjoy a large outdoor area with screened enclosure for outdoor dining.
With private access and parking; this will be your choice when traveling 2 or 3 for a comfortable and relax stay in Fort Lauderdale.

House rules
1. No pets allowed.
2. No parties. This is a familiar space, not a party house.
3. Absolutely no smoking inside any of our units (A $150 fine will be implemented in case of smoking inside the units).
The Blue house has a very nice garden for outside smoking (cigarette buts are to be disposed of outside, in the garbage bin. Absolutely no cigarette butts inside the units).
4. No drugs allowed.
5. Quiet Hours 11 pm - 8 am

“Awesome stay!!!”
We had the cottage booked for a week and it was perfect and very clean. Our flight home was canceled due to weather and they were able to accommodate us for another night. Very easy to work with the staff and very friendly.

Response from the owner Sorry to hear your experience was not fully enjoyable. The only way that an accommodation can know of your needs, is if you express them. We believe in a personalized service, we don't need to provide 10 towels upon arrival, as we will always supply them as soon as they are needed. Also we have extra covers and heaters, same as many other items available upon request. Sadly we were never informed of your needs, so for us even after checking with you; you had everything you need for a great experience. As a small family own business we are there to provide our customers the best experience we can by offering our services 24/7 in case of any needs.
