Thanks for inquiring about our property, Paradise on Palermo. Our house is still available the weeks you are requesting (Saturday -Saturday). Welcome to your dream house one block from the beach and Times Square. Paradise on Palermo is a recently constructed house one block from the beach where you find beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the most spectacular sunsets in the world. Our house is perfect for couples or families. Paradise on Palermo is approximately 2000 sq ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. The house has a private full size heated pool with a large pool deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need other then food. There is a gas Barbque grill. We provide beach chairs, wagons and cooler on wheels to get you and your family to the beach, only one block away. The exterior of the house is tastefully designed with a Key West style architecture. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets, the calm beach waters and sounds of the waves and ocean. Watch dolphins play, collect seashells in abundance, revive the mind, body and soul.

The interior is beautifully decorated in Tommy Bahama style furnishings and include tray ceilings and numerous ceiling fans for accent flair. Paradise on Palermo boasts an absolutely stunning master suite with private bathroom and walk-in closet. Living and Family areas have flat screen TV's, WIFI, cable and screened in balconies. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. There is also another queen size bed and queen size sofa bed. This property is the ULTIMATE LUXURIOUS beach home! Our house is located two blocks south of the bridge and only one block to the Times Square area , outdoor restaurants, bars and fishing Pier and is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet-skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. (Jet-ski and boat rentals are available.) And there is a community swimming pool with water slides. All of these activities are within walking distance or a short drive from our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby.

Getting around

Our house is a short one block walk to the beach and one block walk to the Times Square entertainment district where they were numerous outdoor restaurants and bars. The location is perfect for all these activities

Interaction with guest

The owner lives in Fort Myers but generally has very little interaction with the guest at the house. There is a lock box on the front door with keys for entrance to the house. The owner is always available to answer any questions or any needs that you may have.
