Description

This beautifully updated and newly furnished condo in Ft. Myers, FL is available for rent seasonally by month. Overlooking a lake in the gorgeous gated community called Gulf Harbour Yacht and Country Club, there are 2 - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1568 a/c sq. feet, all conveniently located on the 1st floor with no steps. You will have a private entrance through the garage or courtyard, an attached garage, your own washer/dryer and plenty of guest parking. The community is peaceful and idyllic with all sorts of birds and nature right at your doorstep. There is a heated pool and jacuzzi just a short walk or bike ride away.

The condo features mostly new furniture and an updated interior with an excellent floor plan. It is outfitted completely with everything one would need in the kitchen and also including beach towels and chairs, 3 bicycles, a large screen TV, free WIFI and much more!

The master has a luxurious new king size bed, walk in closet, and it's own ensuite bath with 2 sinks, a separate shower, large tub and private toilet. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed, and the den or 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed (two twins can be made into a king) and a desk. These two additional bedrooms share an updated bath and are completely separate from the master bedroom giving wonderful privacy to the owner and guests.

The beautiful white kitchen has stainless appliances (dishwasher, range, refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, disposal) and granite counters complete with a separate food pantry stocked with your basic needs like sugar, oils, spices etc. There is a formal dining room with a new table and chairs for 6, with two additional table leaves available to accommodate a larger group of up to 10-12 people.

The waterfront screened in porch (“lanai”) has an eastern exposure with beautiful sunrise views of the lake. Included are new blinds to keep the sun out when you wish to still have the advantage of being able to enjoy the lakeside views. The lanai is accessible from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. These rooms all enjoy beautiful scenic views of the lake.

The stunning waterfront marina at Gulf Harbour is about a mile walk, drive or bike ride away, with a western exposure perfect for watching the sunsets . It is a prestigious gated large community with multi-million dollar homes surrounded by spectacular landscaping and regal royal palms.

The “Tamarind Cay” heated community pool and hot tub are a few minutes walk from the condo and are never crowded. There is sun and shade seating.

Ideally located on the southwest coast of Florida, Ft. Myers is close to the famous white Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers beaches, loads of restaurants, shops and the historic downtown Ft. Myers boasting Thomas Edison's and Henry Ford's estates . One can even walk just outside the community to several local shops and restaurants. It is two hours north to Tampa and two hours southeast to Miami. Naples and Sarasota are within easy reach by car. There is a boat going direct from Ft Myers to Key West daily. One can take a tram back and forth to Ft Myers beach without worrying about beach parking.
