Beautifully decorated vacation rental house with large pool. The huge, grassy yard that backs up to the direct Gulf access canal that brings you within a minute by boat to the Caloosahatchee River. Located in Fort Myers. 

Our Summertime vacation home offers a generous open living space as well as a beautiful, large pool, set in in a lush garden with all day sunshine. This beautifully furnished house has an airy feeling and is a great value for up to 6 guests on one level without stairs.

The outstanding kitchen with granite counter features an island and all appliances - ideal to prepare great meals for family and friends. There is also a barbeque grill at the large, covered, outside sitting area. State of the art cable TV,  wireless high-speed internet, DVD, and music equipment allow for perfect entertainment.

Summertime offers 3 bedrooms, featuring 1 king and 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV and blue ray DVD, and there is an additional pool bath too. The oversized backyard with big swimming pool opens up to the canal. It offers an amazing atmosphere and is very inviting to take a swim in the pool, relax or try to catch some fish under the shade of the palm trees on one of the two boat docks.

From there, it is only 800 feet to the river without bridges or locks to reach the nearby beaches by boat.

The home is located in the idyllic Sunset Cove area of Fort Myers on the river-side off McGregor Boulevard, and yet only a 25 minute drive by car from Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). You're within one mile near all your shopping needs, including the well-known Bell Tower Shops and the Sanibel Outlet Mall. Rutenberg Park with free, lighted tennis courts is just five minutes away. Boat rental can be arranged through Vesteva.

Kabelfernsehen und Musikanlage sowie das kostenlose WLAN bieten eine Menge Unterhaltung. Summertime hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem King- und zwei Queenbetten. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, TV und Blu ray DVD, darüber hinaus gibt es ein gesondertes Pool-Bad.

Der große Garten mit dem großzügigen Poolbereich öffnet sich zum Kanal hin und lädt zum Schwimmen im Pool ein, zum Entspannen, oder zum Angeln von einem der beiden Boot Docks im Schatten der Palmen. Von dort sind es keine 300 Meter zum Fluss, ohne Brücken oder Schleusen, falls Sie eine Bootsfahrt zu den nahen Stränden unternehmen möchten.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
