Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 609 is a beautiful, 3 bedroom condominium with a 7th floor beachfront balcony view. Luxury upgrades of tile floors, upscale furnishings, flat screen tv, and and mirrored walls make this the perfect beach vacation rental for a family of 6-8. The master bedroom has balcony access, has a king bed with a recently replaced high quality mattress, and also has a private, recently remodeled master bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds, tv, and direct access to the 2nd bath. The bonus room has built in bunk beds that are perfect for kids. There is a tv in this room as well. The private balcony directly faces the Gulf of Mexico, providing unforgettable views of the sugar white sands of Okaloosa Island and the emerald green waters of the ocean. Dolphins can be viewed from the balcony almost daily. Enjoy breathtaking Sunrises and Sunsets from one of the Cleanest and Most Unspoiled Beaches in all of Florida.

Gulf Dunes Resort is one of the most aspired Condominium Facilities in the area, and is just a Few Minutes from Downtown Destin. You will be within walking distance of several Restaurants, and souvenir shops. On one side of the condo, you will have the Beach Lover's Paradise, and on the other, you will experience the convenience of local everything. Grocery stores, and specialty shops are only minutes away in Fort Walton Beach. This Beach Front Property is accented with Tennis Courts, a Private Gym, two Seasonally Heated Pools, and Protected Natural Dunes. There is 426 feet of Gulf Front Privacy, two private Dune walkovers with showers, and Relaxing lush tropical landscaping. The Fishing Pier is within walking distance, as is the famous Crab Trap and Gulfarium Complex. Of course, you could enjoy the beautiful drive to Destin to shop the Outlet Malls, stroll the Fishing Harbors, thrill the family at several theme parks, and choose from endless Dockside Restaurants for the family.
Okaloosa Island is just west of Harbor Walk Village in Destin. You will be only minutes from any attraction in world famous Destin, while enjoying the serenity only found on Okaloosa Island. Though Destin and its attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more secluded. Okaloosa Island is conveniently located 1 mile from the New Convention Center, 1 mile from Fort Walton, and only 6 gorgeous miles from Destin.
This unit is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. Response from the manager Thank you for your review. This property is designed (and advertised) to sleep 6 in beds and up to 8 if the sofa bed is utilized. We do have smaller units available that sleep 4-6, which you may be more interested in for your next vacation. We apologize that this unit was too big for your party. Thank you again for staying.
