This two-bedroom/two-bath unit is artfully decorated with the finest furnishings and beautifully bright colors! The condo is perfect for a couple's retreat. The extra bunk room features twin size bunk beds and our little guests absolutely love this feature. The spacious master bedroom is beach front with entry to the private balcony. Another entry is from the living room area. The beauty of the emerald coast can be admired from the dining and kitchen areas as well. The kitchen is fully equipped so meal prep is made easy. For your laundry needs a washer and dryer can be found in this beach front condo as well. Unit has a 58 inch SMART Flat screen television. A festive vacation awaits you both inside and out. Gulf Dunes Resort is just a Few Minutes from Downtown Destin. You will be within walking distance of several Restaurants, and souvenir shops. On one side of the condo, you will have the Beach Lover's Paradise, and on the other, you will experience the convenience of local everything. Grocery stores, and specialty shops are only minutes away in Fort Walton Beach. The Fishing Pier is within walking distance, as is the famous Crab Trap and Gulfarium Complex. “Excellent condo, perfect location”
Condo was very clean and had tiled flooring throughout which is nice considering the sand. It’s located in the wider and less crowded sections of the beach. It’s very roomy and bright too.

Response from the manager We sincerely apologize for the unfortunate stain on the mattress cover, we have spoken to our housekeeping director to make sure that this NEVER happens again. We do not allow any pets in our rental units, however there are owners that own and live on the property and they are allowed to have pets in their units.

Very nice condo but needs cleaning. The tile floor was very dirty. If you walked barefoot on the floor, you're feet were black. Bedrooms need dusting.
