Description
This recently refurbished ancient Pajara comes with a living room with large dinner table and double sofa bed, one double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower hub.
It is suitable for 2/4 person, price as listed is for the whole house.
The building is located few km away from the seaside and is fully immersed in huge garden plenty of olive trees and several fruit plants. Novaglie is the closest seaside spot with its astonishing rocky cliffs, also Leuca and the ionian beach are 10 min away from the village.
We usually set booking from sat to sat (1 week) however different solution may be discussed, please get in touch, we are here to help you get a pleasant time in our beautiful land.
About Santa Maria di Leuca (Also known as Leuca):
Leuca sits on the southernmost Salento's peninsula where the waters of the dramatic stretches of the Adriatic coastline mingle and merge with those of the Ionian's sandy beaches of the Ionian. While the Ionian side is excellent for families or for more relaxed time, with well-equipped with lidos, bars, restaurants and other facilities, the Adriatic coastline are more for adventurous people and features rocky cliffs pierced with around 30 Karstic grottoes. The best way to truly these fascinating geological formations is by boat and there is no shortage of local sailors ready to take you out to sea off the coast where the world ends! Leuca is also plenty of Art Nouveau and Arabian style villas, a luxurious recently renovated peer, restaurant, shops and clubs and has all the necessary attributes for a quintessential Mediterranean holiday. Is a town where rich and VIP often come to play during the summer time.
Do not miss the Faro promenade (Lighthouse promenade), with the Cathedral which dominates the square and the amazing views of the meeting point of the Ionian and Adriatic seas.

“ci sarebbe piaciuto prenotare”
Ho richeisto info per poter prenotare ad agosto, ma mi è stato rispsoto che la casa in questione non viene più affittata, quindi magari sarebbe il caso di toglierla. Peccato

L'appartamento è molto curato e pulito. Poco fruibile lo spazio esterno in comune con i proprietari e un po' decentrato rispetto alle spiagge.
