Description
La villetta è bene arredata,luminosa ed accogliente, posto auto interno alla proprietà ed ha una corte tra le più grandi del villaggio.
E' costituita da un'ampia zona giorno al piano terra con giardino con palme moto alte che circondano la villetta e che permettono una piacevole ombra quando il sole infiamma la terra ed un zona notte con due camere da letto al primo piano circondate da un balcone che rincorre i due lati della casa e che permette tramite una scala a chiocciola di salire sulla terrazza solarium di proprietà.
E situata sulle collinette davanti a S.Maria al Bagno.
In dotazione ci sono due biciclette, un barbecue della Weber.
per problemi logistici difficilmente saremo personalmente in loco ma sicuramente una persona di estrema fiducia vi accoglierà mettendovi a vostra disposizione la sua esperienza rimanendo comunque, se serve, riservato a se stesso
La villetta dista 77 Km dall'aeroporto di Brindisi,
circa 6 Km dalla stazione ferroviaria di Nardo,
circa 2 Km dalle spiagge tra le più belle del Salento,
mentre chi ama gli scogli basta scendere a piedi il sentiero che dal villaggio porta al mare impiegandoci circa 10 minuti,
circa 11 Km pronto soccorso e ospedale di gallipoli
All'interno del villaggio è presente un servizio transfer per e da stazione di Lecce,Gallipoli, porto e aeroporto di Brindisi, viaggi su richiesta.
La villetta in acuni periodi dell'anno è vissuta da me e mia moglie quindi chiediamo agli ospiti il massimo rispetto per tutti i suppellettili presenti nella stessa perchè quasi ognuno di loro ha un significato particolare per Noi. Sono ammessi animali domestici anche perche li amiamo anche noi (il giardino attorno alla villetta viene puntualmente distrutto dalla mia copia di Golden e dalla nostra piccola "Pallina") mentre non abbiamo piacere che si fumi in casa in quanto entrambi non fumiamo e quindi la villetta non ha odori dovuti al fumo.
La biancheria letto e bagno dopo la prima settimana se si vuole il cambio ha un costo di E.20
