La struttura accetta solo famiglie, non e' adatta a feste/eventi. La villa sorge in Gallipoli, in una zona tranquilla e lontana dal traffico, circondata da un giardino curato di 1000 mq. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, gruppi di amici che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza e godere del mare cristallino del Salento in pieno relax. A pochi minuti ristoranti, due supermercati,parco acquatico.In 5 minuti di auto si possono raggiungere le meravigliose spiagge di sabbia fine e le mete turistiche piu' ambite.E' composta da 5 camere da letto di cui una quadrupla,una tripla,2 matrimoniali 6 bagni, 3 cucine attrezzate di cui una vista mare e l'altra vista giardino ,3 terrazze,ampio giardino ,4 barbecue :Le stanze luminose sono provviste di ogni comfort : angolo cottura attrezzato, frigorifero , condizionatore , TV , bagno con vasca più doccia , lavatrice. Lo spazio esterno è dotato di tavoli con gazebo per pranzare o cenare all'aperto , 4 barbecue , docce esterne , 2 tavoli da ping -pong ,biliardino , angolo fitness , dondolo , posto auto; altalena ,gonfiabile e altri giochi bimbi ,terrazza solarium vista mare da dove si possono ammirare meravigliosi tramonti,wi.fi gratuito.
