Enjoy some of the BEST Views in the Area. 10 min. drive to Downtown Gatlinburg, mins. from the Park. A beautiful drive to the Summit condos & only a 2 min drive to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort from the unit. The unit is located on the 3rd floor where each unit has a loft bedroom and is about 580 sq. ft.

New paint, hardwood floors downstairs, barnwood accented walls, new furniture, new wall decor, new dishes, new linens, flat screen LED LCD HDTV, etc..., Our top floor unit offers stunning views of downtown Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains including Mount LeConte Mtn. one of the tallest in the eastern United States.
The Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area offers so much to do from hiking, shopping, mini golf, the Aquarium, and of course the kids favorite, Ripley's Believe It Not. Not to mention shopping at the outlets, all the incredible restaurants, and Dollywood in Pigeon Forge just down the road from Gatlinburg, and our favorite thing to do...riding the 8-mile loop of the Glades Craft community. Whether you curl up by the fireplace taking in the sites in town, or just simply enjoy the most amazing year-round views of the mountains, you will want to come back time and time again, and from season to season.

I will say for the fall foliage this year ...the last week of Oct. and first week in Nov. was the peak, in fact for the past two or three years it's been about the same time. Sorry about the shampoo, I have mentioned that to our super great cleaning associates. Call me next time and I'll tell you where I keep a little stash of soaps and shampoos. I agree about the WiFi, each building has it's on box but I guess to be that far up the mountain we're lucky to have the internet, however it's something the HOA owners are trying to fix. Hope you enjoyed the new dining area, we just finished renovating that the first week of November. So glad you guys enjoyed your stay and we hope you will come back again. Thank you, Emily&Tim
