Response from the owner Bonjour Mesdames et Messieurs, Pour la bonne compréhension de ce qui suit, je précise qu’un engagement de location saisonnière est signé au plus tard avant chaque entrée dans la location, nous invitons le futur locataire à nous faire part immédiatement des problèmes qu’il rencontre. Ceci afin que nous puissions y remédier le plus rapidement possible, que ce soit concernant l’état du logement, ou tout autre dysfonctionnement. Avant de réfuter toutes les allégations de Mathana59, j’informe le lecteur que j’ai effectivement constaté des fuites dans le logement, lors de fortes pluies, probablement due à de fissures dans le balcon-terrasse situé juste au dessus. Ces fuites se révélant de faible importance (deux seaux en 4 jours selon les dires de Mathana59) et se produisant en plein mois de janvier, les entreprises contactées n’ont malheureusement pas voulu intervenir, pendant cette période de gel. Les travaux de réfection de la terrasse consistant en la pose d’une natte d'étanchéité et de carrelages ont donc été effectués au printemps, ainsi que le remplacement du placoplâtre et de la frise aux endroits détériorés. 1 – Concernant la « vétusté » du logement, je précise que celui-ci à été achevé en 2007. Le lecteur jugera lui-même du caractère vétuste de l’appartement. 2 – A propos « des touffes de poils partout dans le logement. Les gros chiens etant interdit... des toiles d'araignées partout énormément de poussière». C’est bien connu les touffes de poils partout ne concerne que les gros chiens. Cher Monsieur il aurait fallu faire part de ces griefs à la personne chargée de la remise des clés. Elle se serait fait un plaisir d’intervenir dans les plus brefs délais conformément à la clause du contrat précédemment énoncée. 3 – Concernant votre assertion « Etant en haute saison d’hiver le logement aurait du etre propre… », Sous-entendez-vous qu’il n’est nul besoin qu’il soit propre en d’autres saisons ? 4 - Concernant votre assertion « nous constatons qu il y a du avoir régulièrement des fuites dans le logement… nous avons appris que la fuite d eau etait recurante mais jamais réparée ... », Vous avez décidément un esprit de déduction fécond et vous semblez bien renseigné. Qu'est-ce qui vous permet d’affirmer qu’il y a régulièrement des fuites, et depuis un certain temps, alors que vous n’êtes resté que 4 jours. De plus, cela n’apporte aucun argument à la discussion 5 – Vous affirmez « l eau coulait dans le logement prêt des prises électriques ». L’installation électrique est moderne. En tête d’installation il y a un interrupteur différentiel dont le seuil de déclenchement est de 30mA qui protège les personnes dans l’habitation. Chaque circuit est protégé par un disjoncteur divisionnaire différentiel. Il protège notamment le circuit prises de courant en cas de fuite de courant ou de mise à la terre. 6 – Vous affirmez « toilette qui fuit avec odeur qui va avec » Sachez qu’en 10 ans de location vous êtes le premier à trouver une fuite ou des odeurs provenant de ces toilettes. La légère trace d’humidité que l’on voit apparaître sur votre photo se situe juste sous la cuvette des WC suspendus. A moins d’une cassure de celle-ci, il ne peut pas y avoir de fuite à cet endroit. 7 – Vous affirmez « le proprietaire vient tres peu dans le logement ». Encore une fois de quel droit proférez-vous de telles affirmations qui n’apportent aucun élément à la discussion qui nous anime ? 8 – Vous affirmez « Ce n est que du buisness ». Traitez les gens de marchand de sommeil et dites que le logement est insalubre du temps que vous y êtes. Sincèrement j’ai déjà connu des vacanciers pinailleurs, mais là, cher Monsieur, je me demande pour qui vous vous prenez pour invectiver de la sorte. Bien cordialement
