Description
This holiday house has been recently converted from a 250 year old farm into a four bedroom luxury house. It is situated in a peaceful area in Gozo's harbour village, called 'Ghajnsielem'
It includes:

During your holiday we will do our best so you can have the best holiday possible. We can help you organize car hire and airport transfers. Our housekeeper and pool cleaner will visit the house weekly to clean the house and change the bed sheets and towels. If you have extra guests we will provide a folding bed, and if you are visiting with young children we'll provide a baby cot and high chair.
Most of the other rental houses in Gozo are run by real estate companies which usually give less of a personal welcome because they have dozens of houses to take care of and are usually less flexible then us. On the other hand, this house is family-run and we also live nearby, so while you are with us, you are secure that we will be able to attend to any needs you may have in no time.

The stone BBQ by the poolside is very accessible from the kitchen, making it easier to go in and out of the kitchen during an outdoor BBQ lunch or dinner. In all, there are three dining areas in this house: The dining area in the kitchen, the separate dining area and the outdoor dining table and chairs by the pool. While on our holiday feel free to call us for any help to request house maintenance, renting a car, getting a taxi, or even a restaurant suggestion!

It was the perfect storm for noise with the construction nearby, and the road to the ferry was extra busy that week because of some sports events that were happening in Gozo. If I knew it was that bad I would have insisted more to move to another house and we would have helped you move too. That's what we do when noisy construction crops up near any one of our houses. “Fantastic stay in Gozo”
Excellent service from the Xuereb family, we were greeted at the ferry terminal by Annie and taken to the il-pelikan farmhouse. from the moment we stepped in we could not fault the property there were 5 adults staying and we all had plenty of space and bathrooms to use. the kithchen and dining area were large and well stocked with all you would need for the holiday and we even recieved a welcome pack with food to get us started. the outside pool area with bbq was excellent and was where we spent most of our days the pool was an ideal size and was well maintained by Reno. Ghajnsielem was an ideal village to stay in as it was festa week and there was plenty to see but we also hired a car to travel all around the island. We all had a great stay and would definitely use this farmhouse again if returning to Gozo!!

“The House is lovely.”
We stayed with 5 adults, a toddler and a 1 year old. The house was spacious, clean and the children enjoyed it. The room sizes are generous and we had an amazing welcome. They answered all of our questions and were so helpful. The house was clean and they provided us with everything you need.

“The best holiday ever !!!”
The farmhouse on Gozo, was an incredible place to live. The house is so charming, lovely and more than big enough for all of us, 7 persons. If You want a quiet holiday, feeling that it is only You and the locals, then Gozo is the place. And Il Pelican the house!! We did really feel that we were locals living in the center with only a few hundred meters to nice restaurants and shops. The hosts organized transport for us from the airport, helped us renting a jeep, a car is important to have there if You want to see Gozo as it is. A beautiful island totally unspoiled. The hosts did complete this holiday, constantly helping us with what ever needed and more than that Actually we don`t want to recommend this house since we want this place to be our own secret :-) But this is a pearl of a house and an island so this has to be shared with others.
