Villa Casa Bala is located on the Varca Fatrade road, in South Goa, approx 700 meters from the famous white sands of Varca beach amidst lush greenery of swaying palm trees, paddy fields and Nature’s bounty all around. The nearest landmark is St Rocque Chapel. The Villa complex is opposite this Chapel. The famous 5 star Ramada Caravela Resort is very close to the Villa complex.
The walk to the beach is an easy 10 minutes of ambling along an avenue of mangrove trees. One can drive down to the beach in a minute or two.
Distance from Goa International Airport (Dabolim) is approx 30 kms
Distance from Madgaon Railway Station is approx 10 kms
Distance from the nearest bus terminus is approx 3 kms
VILLA OVERVIEW:
VILLA CASA BALA (C1) has 3 floors that house a living & dining room, a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 of them having ensuite bathrooms, an open terrace and a balcony. Most of the furniture is antique Portuguese/Goan furniture of teakwood or rosewood that has enriched the ambience of the villa and gives one a feel of a grand life style that’s so unique to Goa. The Villa is pool facing.
The ground floor includes a living & dining hall, a kitchenette and a master bedroom with an attached bathroom. A door from the bathroom leads out to your own open to sky outdoor shower. The flooring on the ground floor is the rich ochre of Jaisalmer.
The fully equipped modular kitchenette has pull out racks and draws, a four-burner hob, chimney and a stainless steel sink
The French windows and doors give you a feeling of complete openness and depth.
The first floor has a master bedroom - bathroom suite with a large open terrace as well as a balcony to sit out and enjoy the salubrious Goa weather. The open terrace overlooks the infinity pool and one has a clear view of the endless greenery all around. The bedroom has a wooden floor.
The top floor has a room that could either be used as an extra bedroom or a family room/den. This room has a wooden floor. However, it does not have an ensuite bathroom and is not a completely private room. This room may not ensure 100% privacy for a couple.
AMENITIES:
POOL - The infinity pool at Serenity faces the paddy fields with the spill flowing into the junior pool. Pool timings are from 8 AM to 7 PM.
LAUNDRY– A laundry facility is available with washers and dryers.
BED LINEN AND TOWELS – shall be provided
TOILETRIES – shall be provided
POWER BACK UP –We have 100% power backup in case of any exigencies
HOUSEKEEPING – Housekeeping facility is available and linen/towels are generally changed every 3 days. However, in case a daily change is preferred, it can be arranged at nominal charges
TEA/COFFEE – Tea bags/Coffee Pouches/Sugar/Powdered Milk Pouches shall be provided in limited numbers
PARKING– Parking for own vehicle is available in the open parking space within the complex subject to availability
COOK ON HIRE – Available subject to prior notice.
FOOD (home delivery) – One can walk to the nearby restaurants and beachside shacks. However, in case home delivery is desired, the same can be easily arranged
