“Really nice, everything is new and immaculate.” The condo is perfect. It is immaculate, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The owner made sure we had everything we needed, (well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, laundry detergent etc.), for a wonderful vacation. The views from the balcony are beautiful and peaceful. The pool is just a few steps away from the condo where met very friendly residents.

“Wonderful unit, great views” Just returned from my first visit to Marco Island, with my husband ant two friends. We were all thrilled with the views of the beach and the sunsets. The unit was furnished with everything that we needed for our stay. Furnishings were very nice, and everything was clean, no complaints, whatsoever.

“Very good condo in a pleasant community.” This condo, located in the Huntington Lakes community in North Naples was a great find for my wife and me. The condo was perfect for our needs. It is well equipped and well maintained. The owner was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to the few minor issues that we had during our stay. The Huntington Lakes community is a very pleasant community with three pools that are very well maintained. The club house has exercise and entrainment facilities which we used often. The location in North Naples was great. Easy access to IS75 and local major roads, easy access to shopping. There is a Walmart, Target, Public and several restaurants with a mile of the entrance to the development. We plan to stay again.

“Great home in a great location” My wife, adult daughter and her 4 month old son vacationed at this rental in April 2015. Adella meant us when we arrived even though it was late at night. She gave us a terrific tour of the house and showed us how the pool and other amenities worked. She was a very gracious host and was very responsive during our entire stay. The home was very clean, spacious and in a wonderful area. We enjoyed all aspects of the home and our vacation. I would highly recomend this property.

“Resort feeling minus the all inclusive.” We loved the condo & the location. We didn't know what to expect but everything was as described. We loved that the condo was a end unit with the windows wrapping around the side. We had a few trees in front but could still see the ocean & the sun sets were beautiful! The condo was beautifully decorated & had everything you needed & then some; from the keurig coffee pot & coffee, beach towels & chairs even a cart for taking them to the beach, even kids beach toys. We liked that Doug supplied a binder with info about places to see & restaurants. We had no trouble finding our way around. Lots of areas to walk without going out of the community. Doug checked in with us regularly via cell checking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. This is the way to vacation, just like home & then some.

“Beautiful condo in Naples” We had a great stay in this tastefully decorated condo May-June 2012. A great little community, nice golf course,the night time tennis was a bonus and pools are walking distance from the condo. This condo is close to amenities (outlet shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Naples pier). We will be vacationing here again this month (September 2012)!!

“Amazing House” My family and I had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. The views were stunning! You and Janet have all the amenities and much more. The kids loved the large pool, as well as my husband and I. Fishing off of the dock was very enjoyable as we caught more and more fish. My husband and I have been coming down to Marco Island for over 20 years. Your house is by far the best house that we have stayed at. We are looking to return to your house as soon as possible! “Another perfect stay!” It couldn't have been more perfect! Christmas and New Years in paradise. Of course, we are biased, we are the owners, but every time we get to come and enjoy our house we thank our lucky stars that we bought it. Its a great mix of comfort and luxury and we love our afternoon snacks and a drink while watching the sun go down. This year we had the family down again for Christmas (on the lanai!) So much fun to entertain at the big table and share a meal. Even though it was a bit chilly we turned on the pool heat and had a consistent 90 degrees...the moonlight swims were fabulous! Whats also great is that it is such a quick drive over to the beach, we can just hop in the car in within 15 min be down there for the sunset, New Year's fireworks or just a stroll. Looking forward to our next visit!! We hope you will enjoy the house as much was we do!

“Great place to stay away from home” We have stayed in this condo during the month of april for the past 4 years. The condo is located in a beautiful gated community with club facilities that include a large pool and golf course. Everyone in the community is very pleasant. The condo is bright and sunny, beautifully decorated, and maintained with all the amenities you would have at home. The kitchen is fully equiped. It also includes extras for the beach such as chairs, towels and umbrella. It is always very clean and well stocked with supplies. The owner is very conscientious and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in southwest Florida you can't beat staying here. The location is great, within easy driving distance of recreation, entertainment and retail activities. We would recommend it without hesitation.

“Lovely location in Naples” Our family of five (three boys under the age of 11) spent a wonderful week in this home. We found everything to be just as described and very comfortable. The house is clean and very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the sun and live comfortably. The pool is delightful, the neighborhood is quiet & inviting, and the beach/restaurants/bars/shops are just a short walk/bike ride away. We even found an ice cream shop with several vegan gelato flavors that our egg/dairy/nut allergic son could enjoy. We grilled out most evenings so that the boys could enjoy the pool and the parents could relax on the porch with a cocktail. The owners could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and hospitable. It was a truly delightful experience!
