Description
Villa Maria is located in the district of Gouves in Crete on the seafront, just 10 meters from the beach. It is a newly built villa fully equipped with luxurious and modern decoration, amenities and furnishing. The villa is very comfortable in all respects. The area of its location is a quiet, peaceful place to stay where the entire infrastructure of the district is within walking distance. It is situated on the beachfront with a marvellous, private sea view and a very nice sandy beach just 10 meters away from the Villa. Pool facilities are available on a distance of 150 meters. Customer service is available on a 24 hour basis and the manager is always available to assist in any client's additional requirement (speaking fluently English, Russian, Italian and German as well). The manager may also assist in organising any kind of transfers, cruises and group or individual excursions and tours on Crete and outside Crete. Transfer is upon request and after providing us with the flight details
INDOOR
Elegantly decorated with classical furnishings, the spacious 3-bedroom villa is split into 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, including a raised floor, which features a comfortable living room with fireplace and plasma TV. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and other relevant furniture, one of which is located on a raised floor and has a king sized bed, its own shower/WC room and a big furnished balcony with astonishing sea view. The other bedroom has a balcony as well whereas the third bedroom features a big window with a mountain view. The first floor also includes one central bathroom with a bathtub and a big sea view window. The lower floor is offered for facilities such as ironing, washing machine and storage.
OUTDOOR
Exit to the spacious terrace and garden just in front of the beach, which are equipped with dining furniture, sun-chairs, available big umbrella and smaller ones, an egg shaped hammock as well as barbecue. Back exit leads to the private parking place.

• Communal season-open outdoor pool with snack-bar locates 150 meters behind the villas complex and is FREE of charge for our guests. Within walking distance, a 5-star luxurious resort is located where the use of the spa center, the swimming pools, sauna, tennis court and other facilities are offered to our guests, some of them on extra charge (ask the owner).
