Lovely modern 3 bedroomed apartment, with all mod cons, with view of swimming pool .It is accessed at street level by its own front door. All services close by. Keyholder at your service for entry to property.

Apartment is on the Urbanisation of Monte y Mar 10 mins from Alicante (Spain) airport, close to the beach. Ideal location for a Family .Maximum 5 people, Air/ Conditioning, The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single,) and has Fans. .Lounge Air/Conditioned .A balcony upstairs and garden at street level, overlooks the communal pool and has a patio table and chairs. Security grills/shutters fitted to all windows and doors for your complete safety . The beach is only 1000 metres from the apartment for those who wish to relax on a beautiful unspoilt beach. A new road train now runs down to the beach and around the area.. 3 minutes walking distance to some fine restaurants that provide different cuisines as well as offering takeaway services. A bus service runs along the coast road from Santa Pola to Alicante. There are local supermarkets, bank , chemist and medical centre.. On Thursday mornings a regular market is held just a short walk away (5 mins) . There is a park within 3 minutes walk, which has a children's playground.. Although only 10 minutes from Alicante airport the apartment is NOT under the flight path. .

“Great location.”
Lovely location to the swimming pool. House spotlessly clean on arrival. House fully equipped for a family holiday. Near to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Would benefit from a doorbell and second set of keys if staying with family. Will definitely book again

“The best choice I've made for a family vacation during this pandemie period”
The location is great, 3 bedrooms+leaving+kitchen+terrace, perfect for us (2 adults+3 kids). Right next to the pool, during our staying no more de 2-3 families at the pool. The beach is 1km approx, very beautiful and clean. Very close to the supermarkets or restaurants. Overall, I consider it was a perfect vacation. The apartment, the pool, the beach - I recomand 100%. I will come back for sure!

I was so looking forward to going back to this fantastic apartment in June but sadly to my dates it is booked up .hopefully I will make it in September again I just loved this place..

“Stay in monte y mar”
We were met by a very friendly driver who took use to our apartment, the apartment was very well quipped and in an ideal spot with every thing on hand,a well stocked supper market, banks,restaurants and lovely little square with pubs and friendly staff. A bus service,a 10 min walk to the beach,and local little training that stops in other parts of grand alicant.The apartment has a lovely shared pool with a lovely grass area, we would use these apartments again.
