À Grand-Gaube au nord de l'Île Maurice, proche des plages, des commerces et de toutes les commodités, belle villa typique disposant d'un beau jardin clos et arboré, de trois jolies terrasses dont deux couvertes, deux au rez-de-chaussée/jardin et la troisième à l'étage. Kashmir Villa comprend également un grand séjour-salle à manger avec coin bar, trois chambres climatisées avec lits "queen-size", un bureau et un salon TV également climatisés, deux salles de douche avec wc, une cuisine séparée entièrement équipée, TV satellite (avec chaînes françaises), internet/wifi, lecteur de DVD, station iPod, barbecue extérieur, grande piscine privée avec douche extérieure et parking privé. Situation calme avec jolie vue. À deux pas des transports publics.
