FRIDAY AND WEEKEND CHANGOVERS ONLY. PLEASE CONTACT OWNER WITH DATES BEFORE BOOKING. Check-in time is 12 noon -2pm. If you feel you may arrive later, please check with owner before booking. The chalet is situated on the popular California Sands Holiday Park - a friendly, family orientated park with good facilities and just few minutes walk from clean sandy beaches. The park has family entertainment clubs, children's play area, amusement arcades, takeaway, launderette, shops and an indoor swimming pool (recently refurbished to a high standard. Entrance fees to the main club are included in the prices shown. Some site facilities may have restricted opening hours out of season - check with the owner. The chalet is fully equipped for up to 4/5 people. Bed 1 has double bed, second bedroom has 2 small singles, (sofa bed only suitable for 2 children, or one adult). Many comforts including Free view TV and DVD in bedroom 2, free view tv in living room and bedroom 1. Refurbished bathroom. Powerful shower over bath. Heaters if needed. Electric is provided via a one pound or two pound coin. WiFi in chalet included in price. There is plenty of parking and the popular Caister and Great Yarmouth are just a couple of miles away. Linen and towels can be provided if requested for £5 per week per chalet (not per person). ONE dog welcome if housetrained at extra cost of £20. No groups of teenagers. No smoking chalet. FRIDAY AND WEEKEND CHANGOVERS ONLY unless agreed with owner. Please contact owner before booking

“Not what we expected”

First time visiting California Sands Estate and staying in one of the miniature holiday homes definitely not for myself, partner and 2 lads 16 years and 8 years old. Felt like sardines. The place needs some repairs and a good clean. Definitely not worth £492.09 a week plus extra pound coins to pay for your electricity on top £40 plus then to pay extra for swimming for your family. Just under £15.00 a session for a family of 4 Has worked out very expensive for a tiny uk get away. Definitely not worth the money Area felt very over looked no privacy at all. Had to have all windows and doors open to be able to cook as smoke alarms went off (even making toast). Also the holiday chalet had a really bad smell of damp could do with an extractor fan in Bath room Plus side.❤️ Area was rich in entertainment as long as you have transport to get around. Beach is stunning loads of seals absolutely beautiful. Beautiful pub california taven need to book for meals. Great outside play area for children. Take aways on site are lovley chip shop very tasty. All in all we made our holiday but unfortunately will never return at them prices. Definitely not worth the cost. 3 stars were given for the ares and the comfortable bed

“Superb!”

We have had a lovely few days in the chalet. Carmel was on hand straight away to welcome us. Chalet is lovely and presented to a high standard. We had a really comfortable stay and will certainly be returning. We loved exploring the local area and were lucky to see seals in the sea at the nearby beach. A beautiful part of the country. Thank you for your great hospitality Carmel.

Had a lovely week here with our 2 children ages 5 and 1, great location most things within a 10 minute drive,the owner is lovely and friendly,lovely site, would definitely return in the future.
