Description

The beautiful 4 star self-catering exclusive house was finished with excellent quality fittings and furniture and has three en-suite bedrooms (6 guests). All the bedrooms have single beds, but can all be converted into king size beds on request, prior to arrival. Two of the bathrooms have showers and there is a bath with hand shower in the third bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size stove, oven and fridge with freezer. There is also a water purifier installed in the kitchen for the use of our guests. There is a spacious lapa (barbecue area) where one can easily lose track of time while enjoying the fresh air and sights and sounds of the surrounding nature. A safe is available in each bedroom. The TV has an excellent selection of DStv channels and an all season air conditioner in the open plan kitchen-lounge. Wi-Fi internet access is available. We do not take separate bookings for the same periods of time to ensure the absolute privacy and relaxation of our guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sonja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
