300m from the beach of Barra do Jacuípe, with pool table and barbecue.
The house has a good veranda, with sofas, tables, chairs and hammocks, jumping toy for small children and a dollhouse.
Rental includes Wi-fi, gas and swimming pool cleaning.
THE HOUSE

Lovely house with swimming pool, kyosk with barbecue, pool table, 300m from the beach of Barra do Jacuipe.
The house is located inside an excellent private residential estate called Aldeias de Jacuipe, between Barra do Jacuipe village and Guarajuba beach. The residential estate is large and well organised, with restaurant, sports fields, playground and access to the beach.
Barra do Jacuipe is one of the most beautiful beaches on the northern coast of Bahia. The sea is just under 300m from the house.
The house has a nice big swimming pool with adjacent kyosk, lots of green grass and options for children and adolescents, like pool table and jumping castle.
The large verandah next to the pool sofas, armchairs and hammocks.
The living / dining room is airy and light. The TV room, with air conditioning, has a large TV and 2 sofas with a single mattress each.
All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and celiling fans and are bright and airy. 2 of them have en-suite bathrooms.
The servants quarters, next to the service area, serves as a 5th bedroom and has ceiling fan and a bibed. There is a bathroom right next to it.
The kitchen is large and well-equipped with all modern comforts.
