A luxury 3 bed 3 bath detached villa with a fantastic landscaped private pool !!
This is a superb, spacious property boasting three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, seperate kitchen in a superb location close to the town of Guardamar del Segura.
The open plan lounge and dining area are also well proportioned and there are patio doors leading to the front covered porch area where you can enjoy Al-fresco dining overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has direct access to the gardens and also a full en-suite bathroom. A full guest bathroom and seperate kitchen with direct access to the external dining area are also distributed on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are a further two double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and a shower room with toilet. A private solarium is accessed by patio doors on the landing and gives good views of the surrounding area and the salt lakes.
The swimming pool is definitely the center piece of this Villa and has a wonderful waterfall feature at one end of the swimming pool and to add to the mood, low level lighting around the pool and gardens bring everything to life during those warm summer evenings.
The property has been completely furnished to the highest standards and is equipped with everything you will need for that special holiday. The lounge and all bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning and you can watch your favorite programs on the English television system or even watch a film on the DVD player provided.
This property is an ideal choice for a relaxing family vacation and we would suggest that you take advantage of a car hire deal to enable you to explore the local areas and attractions.

“Lovely villa”
Just had a fab week at this villa which has everything you could need. Pool area is great and the area is very quiet. Taxis are a bit of a nightmare but the bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk are very good. The bars will help with taxis if you want to go into Guardamar which is worth a visit. The beach is lovely and plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The agents were very helpful with the booking,met us on arrival and arranged welcome pack and drinks as we arrived late. Would definitely recommend.

“wonderful villa”
Well equipped comfortable villa which is near amenities. Car needed. Pool was great. Beach in Guardamar 5 mins in car and lots of good restaurants both in El Raso and in town.
