A charming, private and well appointed 20m2 ground-floor studio apartment ideal for one person (two maximum).

Stylish and comfortable accommodation with a single bed (90x200 cm), a two-seater sofa-bed (90x200 cm), satellite TV and free Wifi.

Modern, clean kitchen / dining area with fridge, hob and microwave.

Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Under-floor heating and all linens included. Laundry facilities.

No smoking. No pets allowed.

Private off-road parking. Outdoor dining area to the front of the property.

This studio could accommodate one adult (in the single bed) and one adult/child (in the sofa/day-bed) but is not suitable for babies/toddlers requiring a cot due to the limited space.

“A small but perfect appartment”

I stayed at Ohlungen Gite in the smaller appartment (for one person). It was really great. Marian has been totally hospitabel and supportive from the very first email contact. The appartment is in fact only for one person. But it is amazing how functional, modern as well as thoughtful and enjoyable the appartment is furnished and arranged. You can relax on the couch and write as well as work on the small desk. Furthermore everything was totally clean. This applies particiularly to the bathroom, which is - while being small - a "4-star"-state-of-the-art bathroom. For the colder seasons, there is also a floor heating. - I would go back there anytime. The only thing I would do different: Next time I will come by car. The public transportation network is a bit weak.

“Good place to stay for a long business trip”

I get here for business trip . Excellent place to sleep with all commodities. Small kitchen for breakfast and small cooking. A car is necessary.

“appartement solo extra”

nous avons loué ce studio pour loger notre tante lors du mariage de nos enfants il était accolé à notre gîte et nous avons profité tous ensembles pour passer un excellent week-end. Le studio est très bien équipé,très propre et très bien décoré il convient à une personne seule. Accolé à un gîte de 6 personnes il permet de loger une personne supplémentaire en cas de grande famille, ou de regroupement familial comme c'était notre cas. Excellent
