Description

Neria summer houses are located in Chanioti, one of the most popular destinations on the first of Chalkidiki’s three “legs”.

Apartment Β1 is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, a WC with shower, a spacious living room – with sleeping space for 2 persons and a separate master bedroom. Furthermore, we can accommodate you with a baby park bed upon request, depending on availability.

There is air-conditioning (A/C) in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom while mosquito nets are attached in all doors and windows.

Β1 also has a private porch and direct access to a spacious courtyard surrounded by a fence that is shared with the apartment on the 1st floor (B2). Children can play there safely and ample parking space is provided, while pets can be accommodated too (prior notice and arrangements necessary).

The garden is also equipped with barbecue facilities, shared by the residents of Neria summer house B.

The apartment is conveniently located, only 500m from the village’s central square and with easy access to the beach; the sea is just a short walk away (no more than 10 minutes).

Our spacious private courtyard (covering around 500 m2) provides you with a lovely environment where you will find ample opportunity for enjoying some country air, recreational activities and garden cookouts. Private parking space is always available, while a bakery and pastry shop, a gas station and a super market are also close by (around 300 m).

Neria summer houses‘ advantageous location will give you the opportunity to relax and enjoy yourselves in peaceful surroundings, indoors or outdoors, while being within easy reach from the centre of Chanioti, where the nightlife is always vibrant and the choices for entertainment cater to all tastes.
