Description

This charming, single level one bedroom Annex is just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the award-winning village of Hanley Swan. You have easy access to the village pub; The Swan (serves fabulous food), the village shop, and a beautiful duck pond.

There are many miles of footpaths in and around the village and for the more energetic walker, the property makes an ideal base for walking the Malvern Hills or for anyone visiting one of the many shows held at the Three Counties Showground, which is just a mile away. Upton Upon Seven is famous for its a number of festivals and is just 3 miles to the east.

The Annex is accessed through electric gates so offering secure parking for one car and has a separate entrance from the driveway leading into a studio-style kitchen/ lounge/ dining area. The fitted kitchen has a Halogen hob and oven, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. Laundry facilities can be arranged with the owner on a weekly basis. The lounge/dining area has a table and four chairs, sofa bed, comfy reclining chair, 55 inches smart TV, WIFI, full central heating with a digital thermostat. and plenty of interesting books to read. Patio doors open out onto a patio with outdoor seating and access to the owners garden.

The bedroom has a comfy king bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and looks out over the patio area. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom is spacious with a bath and wall-mounted power shower and heated towel rail.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome and this is a non-smoking property.

Note: There is a sofa bed for additional sleeping options and I can also offer a travel cot to accommodate a small child.

There is a local bus to Worcester from the village. Gigi is always around to help out with transport to Malvern and she can pick you up from Great Malvern station.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Gigi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
