Recently renovated to high standards. Centrally located with Sea views from both bedrooms and living room. The South Coast Boardwalk and beach are less than a minute away. Very convenient for Local Shops and restaurants, Tapas Restaurant is 2 minutes away, Blakey's Bar 1 minute etc. Very near to south coast bus routes. The Garrison race track is nearby, Accra Beach 5 minutes walk. Ideal for South Coast and no need for a car.

The kitchen has a SMEG oven and built in hob/stove, Dishwasher and breakfast bar. There is a communal pool in the lovely gardens

Response from the owner Thanks for the feedback. The electric gates will be operational at by April 2018. They have been tested and codes issued so if you do have a car, the car will now be further protected. I will look at the lift option but unfortunately it won’t be installed for some time!

Response from the owner The pool was retired completely in December 2017. Electric gates have also been installed as additional security to the apartment block and will be fully operational in April 2018.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kerri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
