Description
L'ile De Beauté... Tout est
résumé dans ce surnom... Depuis des
siècles, elle est considérée
comme la plus belle île au monde. Une
montagne dans la mer constituée de paysages
sauvage, de lieux magique et d'une beauté
à couper le souffle. Où qu'on soit,
tout est toujours différent. En faisant le
tour de cette si petite île, nous avons
l'impression de voyager tout autour de la
planète. Cette multitude de paysage est la
richesse de l'île. Souvent, où que le
regard nous porte, il n'y a pas une seule
construction de béton.. La Corse est
naturellement sauvage.
Un havre de paix hors du temps à
découvrir et à redécouvrir
sans modération.
Pietralba est un petit village typique, à
environ 10 kilomètres de la côte et
du désert des Agriates (un des endroits les
plus sauvage de l'île). Vous y trouverez
toutes les commodités (Bar, Tabac,
Epicerie, Boulangerie, Boucher, Charcutier...). La
boulangerie vient d'être
désignée "Meilleure Baguette de
Corse" !!!
C'est un village très calme où il
fait bon vivre. Petit moment de détente
dans un havre de paix hors du temps.
Magnifique Villa neuve de Standing, moderne, 140
m2 toute équipée avec jardin
boisé (1400 m2) et piscine chauffée.
Vue mer et montagne.
Vu les conditions météorologiques
(en moyenne 25 jours de soleil par mois), vous
n'aurez aucun mal à vous baigner dans une
eau chauffée en avant et
après saison ( mai, juin, septembre,
octobre...) ainsi que pendant la saison bien
sûr.
Située à Pietralba en Balagne,
proche du magnifique village de Lama (3 km),
A 12 Km de L'Ostriconi; une des plus belles plages
de L'Ile de Beauté; et du désert des
Agriates avec sa plage de Saleccia (joyau des
Agriates avec son sable blanc aussi fin que de la
farine et son eau aux dégradés bleu
turquoise et vert émeraude; les
Caraïbes à portée de main).
A 30 Km de L'Ile Rousse et Saint Florent et 45 km
de de Calvi et Bastia.
Idéalement située entre mer et
montagne, au coeur de la nature, vous pourrez visitez la Corse , faire un
randonnée en montagne ou tout simplement
profiter de la plage, de la rivière ou de
la piscine chauffée.
Les premières plages et les piscines
naturelles d'eau douce des gorges de l'Asco ne se
trouvent qu'à 10 minutes de route.
