Stylish 3 bedrooms air-conditioned apartment in the heart of Malta, offering the right combination to those who seek comfort, culture, sun and sea.

Property is tastefully decorated, air-conditioned and finished to high specs.

This stylish and modern apartment is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority and has a COMFORT Class Classification.

It is situated on the second floor level, is served with lift and consists of a large fully equipped kitchen / dining room with seating for 6 persons and a conditioner, living room with a three and two seater leather sofa, a 32 'LCD TV and DVD player, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), has possibility of a 4th. bedroom with 2 make shift beds, bathroom, en-suite shower, and front / back balconies.

The apartment is situated close to all amenities and the main square in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, where one can truly unwind and relax......your home away from home.

Check in:

Guests must hold a covid-19 vaccine passport or a covid negative swab test result taken 3 days prior their arrival. Only one person during check in and he/she must be wearing a mask.

Notes to Rates:

Weekly and monthly rates are valid to up to 4 persons sharing.

Weekly accommodation rate includes 70 kilowatt/hours of electricity consumption ere week. Additional consumption will be charged at 20 euros cents per kilowatt/hour.

Eco tax: 50 cents per night per adult person (18 + years) is due on check in. This is capped at 5 Euros for stays of more than 10 nights.

House rules:

Smoking is only permitted on the outside areas. No partying or loud music. The house is given to the client clean; the client therefore undertakes to leave the apartment clean and tidy including the kitchen.

No pets allowed.

Children are not allowed on the terraces, balconies and common areas unattended.

Use of candles is forbidden.

On check out all waste must be taken to the recycling skips or placed on the pavement according to the collection schedule, otherwise, a fee of 25 Euros will be incurred.

The maximum number of persons booked is not to be exceeded, unless this is approved by the owner.

Persons under 18 years must be accompanied by their parents. Drugs are forbidden

Monthly rate does not include water and electricity consumption

The monthly rent includes internet/wifi up to Download Speed 12Mbps and Upload Speed 512Kbps Download/Usage 150GB . If you want to upgrade you can do so but you have to pay the difference. Monthly rate also includes the Go silver channel lineup. Upgrade is possible at your own expense.

We charge a security deposit of 500 Euros or equivalent against any damage and unpaid/pending utility bills. The deposit will be refunded back 7seven days after you leave the apartment in same currency providing everything is in order and that there are no pending utility bills.

Getting around

There is a bus that goes to Valletta every 20 minutes. This passes via the Marsa park (2 km away) and ride exchange. From here one can go to many locations in Malta. Here one finds the golf course as well as the horse racing courses. Another bus (every hour) goes to Rabat where one can visit Mdina, Bahrija - ( a hamet in the North where one can go to admire the beauty of nature and where one finds various restaurants specialising in Maltese food), Attard, Siggiewi and to the picturesque beach Ghar Lapsi with crystal clear water. Here one finds some restaurants serving Mediterranean food and fish.

Interaction with guest

Haz-Zebbug is an ideal base from where to explore the Island and all it has to offer. There are many historic sites, museums, nightlife, beaches and sports facilities close by. Marsa Golf Club is just 3km away. An efficient bus service runs from Valletta to Haz-Zebbug and vice versa every 25 minutes, there is another bus service every hour going to Mdina, attard, Siggiewi, Bahrija and Ghar Lapsi. Approximate Distances from Haz-Zebbug Valletta: 6.5 km, Mosta: 4 km, Rabat and Mdina: 3 km, Attard: 2 km, Golden Sands Beach: 9 km, Ghar Lapsi Beach: 6 km, Marsa Sports and Golf Club - 3 km, Tennis: Zebbug Tennis Club - 300 m, Paceville: 8 km, Bugibba: 8 km, The Three Cities: 8 km.
