Beautifully converted 19th century stable block. The property is full of character and charm and is situated in an ideal and special location in the old part of Headington, next to Bury Knowle Park.
A short bus ride from Oxford city centre (2 miles), it also has the advantage of being close to the main Headington shops, all the main Oxford hospitals and close to bus links to London, Heathrow and Gatwick, whilst being in a quiet and peaceful location surrounded by greenery.
THE SPACE
The property has been recently converted to an exceptionally high standard and is situated in a fantastic location overlooking Bury Knowle Park, one of the prettiest parks in Oxford. The living space is all on one level, which makes it easily accessible. It will comfortably sleep up to 4 adults and a baby. The property is ideally located, only a short drive or bus ride away from the town centre and with easy access to both the M40 and A34. It is an ideal rental for visiting the city and also as a base to visit other stunning locations nearby like London, Blenheim Palace, the Cotswold (just to name a few). Also perfect for people that require somewhere to stay for a longer period of time if on business visiting Oxford University or any of the hospitals (John Radcliffe, Churchill, Nuffield or Manor).

The two bedrooms have double/king size bed.
FRESHENING UP
There is a spacious shower room and the main bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
EATING
A stunning kitchen has been fitted with all modern appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave and washing machine are available).
RELAXING
The open plan living area is perfect for entertaining and family time, the lounge area comfortably seats 4 people and has a SMART flat-screen TV, allowing you to watch live or catch-up TV or surf the internet. The garden is a fantastic outside space, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening.

The property has secure off-road parking available for one car in a shared parking area.
