N.B. THE SITE IS CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER TO MARCH!

Want a good old fashioned English seaside holiday? Clean and comfortable chalet on a quiet coastal holiday park. Suitable for families and people looking for a tranquil, relaxing break. The beach is five minutes walk away.

Passes to Club Oasis are included and there is free Wi-Fi. N.B.the pool no longer sells season passes to chalet owners so swimming is pay on entry.

The entertainments of Great Yarmouth lie only seven miles distant. Many tourist sites, stately homes, museums and places of interest including the Norfolk Broads are within an easy drive of the site

The Chalet:

The smoke and pet free chalet has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and electric shower over.

Beds:

There is a double bedroom, another with a double bunk bed with single on top. The fold out dining table comes with seating for 4 but there are extra chairs which can also be used for outdoors. A travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge for our younger guests.

Although no smoking is allowed inside the chalet there is a porch outside where smokers can indulge.

Nearby:

A wide lawned area in front of the chalet allows parents to keep an eye on children while they play. Beach chairs and a variety of buckets and spades are available for use on the beach.

A fish and chip shop and a kebab shop are on site, while there is a snack bar beside the pool as well as food being served in Duchy's Bar and the California Tavern. There is a small shop on site handy for milk, bread and other small items while there are large supermarkets towards Caister, Hemsby and Great Yarmouth for more extensive grocery shopping.

Parking and extra requirements:

Parking is on first come first served basis on the site. Towels are not provided so please bring your own. Bedlinen is included also bathmat and tea towels. Electricity is supplied by meter which takes £1 coins and is situated in the cupboard in the corner of the sitting room.

PLEASE NOTE: the site is at California Sands and access to the beach is down a rather steep asphalt path then some wooden stairs. This may not be suitable for everyone and certainly not for wheelchairs.

Lovely chalet close to everything you would need shops, chipy, Chinese, arcades, cafe, club house, and pool. Chalet owner was super quick with reply and any help that we needed

“Bank Holiday weekend”

The chalet was lovely, fully equipped with everything you would need & more, very clean & cosy, we were lucky with the weather, lovely & sunny, we used all the facilities on site, a fob to allow free entry to the ocean club also hot meals available & a nice selection, thoroughly enjoyed what we had, the shop which has everything you need, a fish & chip shop, food very nice, a nice large swimming pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely go again.

“Relaxing break”

My daughter and I had a lovely relaxing few days in this chalet, it was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The location was great, easy to get to the beach. Passes to the pool and Oasis club were included, so good value for money, would definitely stay again.

Response from the owner I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't sleep well. Certainly that's the first time I've had complaints about the mattresses but I shall certainly investigate further. If you had let me know as soon as you felt that there was a problem I could have taken action - ordered replacements, etc or offered a refund.
