F1 est de plein pieds face à une terrasse de 100 m2, lumineux, cuisine équipée ouverte sur le séjour. La maison se situe en plein nature, sans voisin à moins de 400 mètres!

Tranquillité assurée!

La vue est vraiment magnifique sur la terrasse, dans le salon et la cuisine. La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur le parc. La cuisine est grande.

Vous avez accès au parc. A partir de la maison ballades en forêt possibles sur la colline des 4 Seigneurs. On peut atteindre l'arrêt de bus Eybens par la forêt à 30 min de marche.

Trés volontiers nous vous aidons pour tous renseignements

Voiture conseillée mais pas indispensable! parking gratuit et sécurisé.

Très volontiers nous venons vous chercher à l'arrêt de bus Eybens ou à la gare de Gières.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Laurene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
