Description
Sundorne is a large comfortable 3 double/twin bedroomed holiday home on a tree lined avenue of similar detached houses in Friarscliff, Dorset. Just 400 metres level walk to the beach, where you get lovely views of The Needles and Isle of White. Highcliffe sailing club, Mudeford Quay and a childrens playground ten minutes walk, from where you can get a five minute ferry to Hengisbury Head and the famous Mudeford sandbank.
There are numerous pretty walks with the ponies in the New Forest which is an easy ten minute drive
The local shops are a few minutes walk and Sainsburys is 2 miles away.
Double glazed, central heating, bathroom on first floor complemented by an extra toilet and shower on the ground floor. Modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and dish washer.
Conservatory and safe enclosed garden.
BED LINEN IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROVIDED to keep costs down for guests who wish to bring their own. It can be supplied at £13.00 for the kingsize and £9.50 per single bed. Please advise if required when booking. Towels are not provided
We strongly recommend all guests take out TRAVEL INSURANCE incase they need to cancel their booking due to covid or any other medical issue.

“Excelent Stay”
We had a brilliant week at Sundorn mid October 2021. It's a really nice house and really close to the beach (about 5 mins max). Would recommend and we will go again.

“Fantastic property beautiful setting”
We booked this property as a family get away wirh 2 teenagers , 2 grandparents . The setting is serene , a few minutes walk to the beach , in one direction , and a few minutes walk to the local shop , Chinese takeaway and pub . Perfect location ! The property is not modern but it has such character and is very roomy . It has two massive TVs , we only turned one on , and that was limited . Three bedrooms all had comfortable beds , nice kitchen with all you need .Large garden , extremely quiet area. Lovely base , can travel to Bournemouth, Poole etc . We went Monkey World, lovely place . We will definitely return to Sundorne in the future , we all loved it !!

“Good value property in a wonderful area.”
Good value, no frills property (with two enormous TVs) in a delightful area. Lots of places to visit and a good beach a few minutes walk away. Would certainly stay again.

“Short bread away”
SUNDORNE is a lovely house in an excellent location. Our first day was spent walking to Highcliffe castle for coffee.although the weather forecast was not good for the area as we were in 'the pocket' ie sheltered by the I-o-Wight the sun appeared and it was hot and sunny. We spent the afternoon in the garden which is a lovely suntrap. The house is equipped with all necessary for a family holiday suitable for young and old alike.All in all a very nice break away.
