Description
Very well looked after, detached villa,sleeps 6/8 people with own stunning swimming pool and landscaped gardens. It sleeps 6 very comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.
Villa is within 5 minutes easy walk of excellent facilities of Hisaronu, entertainment capital of Oludeniz. Oludeniz itself with its many watersports, excellent beaches and lagoon with Babadag mountains providing a stunning backdrop(UNESCO designated area of natural beauty)is 3 km or a 3minute dolmus ride away.
Fethiye town with its attractive marina,many shops and Lycian and roman ruins is only 6km.
Dolmus taxis within a minute’s walk of the villa and they serve all of the areas mentioned above and beyond very frequently.
Ideal for families or friends wishing for a relaxing mediterranean holiday in stunning surroundings .

2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ideal for children.All bedrooms have beautiful hand made furniture including beds,side tables and wardrobes.
All mod cons are included to make your stay as comfortable as possible and all furnished tastefully to provide that 'home from home' feeling.Villa is light and bright with a spacious lounge and separate dining area and the modern kitchen is separated from the living quarters with an arch,it also has a direct access to the terraces for al fresco dining .Laundry room and guest wc are also included to maximise comfort.

Villa is surrounded by its private landscaped garden which is tended regularly and is always in a beautiful condition.
Acess to the swimming pool and the gardens and terraces are from the living quarters as well as the kitchen.Pool is cleaned by our own caretaker and all the terraces and the garden furniture washed every morning.Garden is watered by automatic sprinkler system daily during the summer to keep its tip top condition and both garden and pool are lit at night time for alfresco dining or a swim. Sun loungers and outside furniture are provided for the guests eenjoyment as well as a shaded area with a courtesy of a pergola to maximise outdoor living/dining/entertaining.

House rules
Please turn off the air conditioning units when not in that particular room and certainly when you leave the villa. They are very powerful and would cause electricity shortages in the whole village if left on for long periods of time.
Please turn the house alarm on when leaving the villa especially in the evenings. It’s provided for your additional security.

“Tara’s villa”
Great stay at Tara’s villa in hisaronu ,lovely villa with lovely grounds .Been in quite a few villas in turkey but the location of Tara’s villa is the best we’ve had ,4 supermarkets within 5 minutes also bars and restaurants ll 3/4 minutes ,pool is really nice and quite big .The owner Inci is really lovely and a pleasure to deal with .No issues at all looking to come back next year

Response from the owner Thanks for the feedback. The TV has been replaced and we will check the microwave when we visit shortly. Most people like the fact that there is a separate (small) laundry room. We are glad that you enjoyed the location and our amazing caretakers.

“Fab”
Lovely villa, centrally located for shops/restaurants/bars but far enough away to be quiet. Villa clean and tidy, lovely swimming pool. Visited at least three times during our stay by owner/person managing to check all ok. When we did have a problem with air con on last day someone came within 15 minutes. Nothing was a problem. We didn’t use oven etc as ate out every night but all facilities there that you need/require. All in all a fab place to stay and visit. Good value for money.

“Taras villa”
A lovely clean villa with a stunning garden. The caretaker vedat and his wife munsie do a super job in looking after the place and the grounds they are always on call for any reason 24 hours. They were amazing as on first few days at villa the pump broke so no water they worked so hard to resovle our problems cant thank them enough.The welcome pack they left was a nice touch after a flight delay.Although the villa says up to 8 it was a bit of a squeeze for sleeping sofa is not big enough for 2 adults so 1 person slept on floor. The was not enough linen or towels and what we had could have use updating. When we booked the owners they were helpful in changing numbers from 5 to 8 people and the date. Although i had emailed owners about 8 sunloungers there was only 6 so wasnt much good when all 8 of us wanted one to lie on buy pool. Nice place nice people and on whole would stay here again.

Response from the owner Dear Nicola Thank you for your candid review.. We will certainly renew and increase the linen situation once we get there ourselves in two weeks time. The villa is ideal for 6 people though can sleep 8. When I accepted the booking I believed it was for 5 people if you remember. Afterwards when the numbers went up I didn't want to let you down so tried hard to accommodate this change. I do normally accept 6 and no more. We bought 2 sun beds completely new for your party thinking 6 we had were in ok condition but on closer inspection they weren't so we were back down to six.. Sorry for this. I hope it didn't stop you from enjoying the pool and the gardens. I would very much look forward to having you back and so would Munise and Vedat. Party of six would be preferable but we would get 2 extra sun beds for you if you chose to come as a party of 8. That way you would see for yourselves that we do listen to our guests. Thank you for choosing to stay at our villa..We do appreciate it given the vast choice of places available to you. Thank you . Inci and the family

“Fantastic location”
The villa is in a great location with a 2 minute walk to supermarket and all bars and restaurants The outside area and pool were great but no shallow end so may not be suitable for young children Inside there is everything you need but a bit tired and dated and most appliances could do with replacing The bedding also could do with updating The couple who looked after the villa were great and on call 24/7 Redat came every day to do the pool and gardens On the whole we had a great holiday!!

We are planning on replacing most appliances if not all at the end of this season or latest in April next year.. We did all the painting inside and outside a year ago and therefore needs to wait a year or so before another major outlay . Bedding will be replaced in the next few days. “Wonderful holiday”
Beautiful villa, very clean and an excellent location. Two minutes from the town centre with all its bars, shops and supermarkets. Pool was very clean and service was faultless. Small downside depending on your needs - we missed having a Bar-b-que and although there is a "shallow end", you couldnt stand up in the water, so might not suit young children or those who cannot swim. Putting those aside, we would recommend a stay there!!

“Perfect location and fantastic pool!”
Stayed at Taras villa in July with my husband and teenage daughter. The walk in pool is fabulous and one of the highlights of our stay! The villa is airy and well equipped and we had a daily visit from Bayram to attend to the pool and gardens. Having stayed in the Hisaronou area for 4 years we all agreed that the location of the villa was perfect. Only a couple of mins on a flat walk to supermarkets and main area for restaurants/nightlife yet set in a quiet area without noise at night. Would definately stay at Taras villa again.

“Lovely villa”
This is a lovely villa with an exceptional pool. The accommodation was just as described and had everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Much needed and very effective air con in living room and bedrooms. Surrounding villas are situated in a way to give maximum privacy when using the pool. Hisaronu never fails to exceed our expectations, with amazing weather, amazing people and numerous activities.
