Description

This is a Newley refurbished farmhouse annexe with excellent facilities and own private garden. Washing machine,dishwasher, microwave. Broadband available. Village location walking distance to shop and pub. 5 miles from Bude and the beautiful north Cornwall coast and excellent beaches. Dog friendly. A £20 surcharge will be made per dog for extra cleaning of the property It is a property designed for 2 adults and perhaps child/children. In some circumstances a third adult will be accepted but there is a £20 charge for the extra bedding if the sofa bed is used. There is no wardrobe in the bedroom but hanging space behind doors and in the cupboard under the stairs. Arrangements can be made for a temporary wardrobe on request. Hot water is supplied between 6am and 9am and 6 pm and 9 pm but there is an override button that will be explained on arrival. Parking is through a gate at front of the property that requires either reversing in or out.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review and we have taken into account your words and ideas for interior design. I would suggest next time you book for 1 guest that you give your hosts warning that extra bedding is required due to the fact there is going to be another person and that you don't arrive early expecting the property to be ready. Apologies were made at the time and sincere apologies again for the VERY basic cleaning errors made. I am so glad we were able to order a temporary wardrobe for overnight delivery for your stay although perhaps best to read the listing fully before booking as hanging facilities is clearly stated in the listing as well as the bathing facilities. I am very pleased that you didn't take the refund offered to you and felt comfortable in rearranging the home to your suiting. I shall do some research about the pricing of caravans in the area and consider reviewing our prices for the future. An unfortunate end to our rental season.

How do damage deposits work?

If Hetty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
