Seymour Cottage is a cosy Victorian cottage centrally located in the picturesque Norfolk Broads village of Horning and is just across the road from the river. Features include entrance hall, bathroom, open plan lounge/kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (room for a cot in one bedroom), TV, CD Player, DVD player, electric storage heating, front courtyard garden, secluded upstairs patio, use of small private staithe on the river, private car parking. COTTAGE SWAPS CONSIDERED.

Also I am sorry the curtains were dusty- we have been having a lot of roadworks done in the village recently and what with having the windows open in the hot weather I think that may have been the cause. This has now been dealt with and the cottage is now back to its normal high standard of cleanliness. We look forward to welcoming you back again in the future..

It sounds as if you fitted a lot into your holiday which is why we love it up there so much - there is so much to see and do in the local area. After 14 years we are still finding new places to visit! I am currently investigating wi-fi for the cottage so hopefully it will be up and running soon. Hiring a boat is a great way to see the Broads- Horning looks beautiful from the river and there is so much wildlife to spot. But the seals are my absolute favourite- we go to see them every time we visit!
