Description
Grosvenor Cottage - Seaside holiday cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.
Full weeks Friday to Friday and short breaks available of 3 and 4 nights. Change over days are Friday and Monday.
Dogs and small pets welcome. For your comfort, the number of dogs allowed depends on the size of dogs and number of people occupying the cottage.
Two minutes walk from a long sandy beach, town centre and the start (or end) of the Tranpennine Trail. Great for the family, cyclists or runners due to off road tracks. Perfect location.
The cottage is central heated with radiators in every room and a gas fire stove in the living room. It has an instant hot water boiler. There are smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for your safety and baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Free WiFi and Netflix.
The cottage is very comfortable and is really home from home with books, games and record player. Comfortable sofas and beds with memory foam toppers for added comfort.
One king size bed and two singles (2 bedrooms). All bedding is provided and the bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as toilet rolls. The kitchen is well stocked and includes cupboard non perishable basics like tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil and condiments.
Downstairs :Kitchen, Living Room, bathroom and good sized hallway. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite toilet and sink. Secure garden with pond (please supervise small children), garden furniture, parasol and BBQ area.
For your dog, there is a medium sized dog crate in the cottage together with dog bowls, old towels and treats. The garden has a high fence or hedge the whole way around. The hedge has mesh inbetween. The gate is 3 foot high and can be extended if jumpers visit. We allow multiple dogs to visit, numbers dependant on visitors to ensure a comfortable stay.
Towels and tea towels are not provided - please take your own
Also available are beach chairs, windbreaks, buckets spades, beach games and boogy boards - even sledges for snowy weather, umberella and raincoats.
Driveway for off street parking.

“Batteries totally recharged”
How to be looked after without the hosts actually being in the place you are staying. Every thought has been put into this cottage… a joy to stay here. I can’t recommend it more ❤️ Beautiful beaches too and a happy dog

“Fabulous home from home”
Grosvenor Cottage has everything you could possibly wish for. Lovely decor, comfy beds and quirky accommodation. Great base for seeing Hornsea and the surrounding area. Our 2 dogs also loved it

Lovely presented cottage in beautiful Hornsea, we had a great time & thanks for the lovely extras, your beautiful cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, so very homely...the area is fantastic & we were so lucky with the weather following the recent storms.
