This Grade II listed semi-detached farmhouse is set in the village of Humshaugh in Northumberland and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.East Farm House is a 17th century, Grade II listed semi-detached farmhouse situated in the village of Humshaugh, six miles from Hexham. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, including one with an en-suite shower and two twins, as well as a family bathroom. Downstairs there's a kitchen with dining area, a dining room, a games room with pool table and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside the cottage there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, pond and furniture. East Farm House is an excellent base for exploring all that there is to see in Northumberland.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio, pond and furniture, plus rear courtyard. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the front garden; children to be supervised. Check in 4pm and check out 10am
Region: Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrians Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.
Town: The historic Northumberland village of Humshaugh is situated six miles from the market town of Hexham. The village offers a shop and pub and weekly visits from a fish and chip van. There are a number of walks and cycle routes in the area, as well as many attractions and places to visit including Corbridge, Hadrians Wall and the Heritage Coastline.
