Apartment with magnificent panoramic view and stunning sunsets,peacefully located, accessible to local beaches and market, with leisure 15 min walk to the town centre. Fully equiped with all necessary and modern amenities. Ideal for couples or friends. It consists of one bedroom with king size, high quality bed and plenty of wardrobe space (bedroom has exit to West facing terrace) , spacious and bright living room (plenty of light from its South facing balcony)open plan kitchen with all necessary utensils and cutlery (equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine with complimentary Dolce gusto coffee capsules). West facing terrace guests usually use for sunbathing and drying clothes while South facing balcony is for enjoying idyllic views of marine aquatics. Dining area consists of table and four chairs and in extension of dining room there is living room with brand new extendable sofa bed and an armchair ( with flat LCD TV + variety of satellite and Total TV channels). Shower room is modern and functional and you have the convenience of washing machine on site (also there is a set of quality chosen toiletries and hand sanitizer included). Because of big sliding balcony door that stretches from wall to wall in living area, one has a feeling of being outside while actually inside the living room.. View from balcony is second to none because of an elevated position of our house towards Paklinski islands and sea. There is one air con unit, centrally located that cools/heats whole place. Apartment is recently refurbished and we wanted it to be at same time modern, comfortable and cozy, place that feels like home..
