Amazing villa in Hvar town over two floors,accommodating couples/families/groups, flexible to 12-16guests.(max 20)

*Ground floor , has two triple rooms(dbl/sgl),one bedroom-suite(two tween beds +sofa beds)and closed dinning area-loggia and 3 bathrooms.

There is also big outside dinning area.

*First floor has 2x bedrom(ensuite) with two single beds, one double bedroom(ensuite) and a living room(sofa beds/proper beds) with fully equipped kitchen; 3x bathrooms and 1 WC.

*Other facilities: bbq ,outside table and furniture,wi-fi, aircon, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen/dining, washing machine, satellite tv, sun beds, solar showers and an abundance of parking.

Terraces are south facing to all day sunshine over the pool, with urban and sea views to island Vis.Approximate area inside(240m2).

*The main beach, "Pokonji Dol" is a mere 400m down a rocky walking path thru the pines,

and boasts a popular pizzeria, beach bar and fish restaurant. Hvar center requires a leisurely 15minutes by foot to a plethora of bars, clubs, and restaurants, plus all night taxi boats to "Carpe Diem" island beach club.Groceries are purchased a few minutes distant from the villa.

Maxi cab/taxi 6-8p is available for 100kn from/to center.

Getting around

*Exploring the island is simple. Town Hvar is an area of concentrated scenic sights and beaches, everything is within walking distance. There is very little else in the way of public transport outside the Hvar-Stari Grad bus link. Getting 'there' and 'back' to Hvar, and airport links however, are simply organized and cheap. Many popular trips are available during season ;to see lavander fields ,villages or winetasting in Jelsa or Sv.Nedelja.
