Cozy house with a perfect location to combine the tranquility of a privileged rural setting with 10 ha of land around with the dynamic south of the island. Only 5 minutes of "Ushuaia", "Hi", "DC-10", "Blue Marlin" beaches "Las Salinas", "Es Cavallet" Port of Ibiza, etc. And all this in the heart of the charming town of Sant Jordi de ses Salines with all services: hairdressing, gym, beauty salons, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, taxi, etc etc. The current house "Can Gayard De Dalt "is the result of constant reforms (last in 2012) needed to adapt to modern times and comfort, although two centuries contemplate the history of its walls. Ideal for meetings of groups of friends and perfect for families through its different spaces: oval pool 11 x 5 x 2 (depth) with wooden deck and garden surrounded by oleander bushes, reeds, begombilias, which give a high degree of privacy . “Rustic Villa in Sant Jordi”
We enjoyed our stay in sant jordi. Pedro the owner of the villa was extremely helpful on arrival and during our stay. The villa is rural yet only 15 mins walk to the town of Sant Jordi where there are shops banks restaurants and bars. For a few euros you can hop on the bus to Ibiza town or beaches. Taxis are great value too. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. Ideal for families or friends. If you have young children I’d hire a car. It’s 15 mins from the airport so easy to find.
